One of the suspects in an Eau Claire drug ring is still on the run.
Prosecutors say Tamara Howlett will make her first appearance on drug charges this month. The man who police say was her partner, Terrell Wilson, is also facing charges in the case. But he is not yet in custody. Police say the two would buy cocaine in Minneapolis, then re-sell it in Eau Claire.
