No one in Wisconsin won the big Powerball jackpot, but some people won something. The Wisconsin Lottery yesterday said someone bought a million-dollar winner in Grand Chute. That ticket was sold at the Kwik Trip on College Avenue. Somebody also bought a 100-thousand-dollar winner at the Kwik Trip in Hayward. Fair manager Rusty Volk says just over 121-thousand people walked through gates last week. Volk had hoped for 125-thousand people at the fair, but says he’ll take this year’s crowd with a smile on his face. Volk says two sold-out concerts this year helped boost attendance numbers.
