Tomah High School was placed on a hold for short time on Thursday as authorities searched for a possible weapon.
Administrators and authorities were alerted to the possible presence of a weapon yesterday morning and a BB gun was subsequently found in a backpack inside a student locker. The school district advises that the student involved will be appropriately disciplined.
