Bond is being set for a Tomah man charged in connection with an overdose death.
Fifty-four-year-old Harley Carlson is accused of providing the drugs that led to the death of a 28-year-old victim in August. Bond has been set at five-thousand dollars for Carlson who is charged with first degree reckless homicide for delivering drugs.
