Prosecutors in Washburn County are considering drunk driving charges against the man who they say smashed into the back of a horse and buggy earlier this week.
It happened Monday on Highway M just west of Birchwood. Deputies say 67-year-old Robert Dulian hit a buggy that was carrying five kids at the time. All five had to be taken to the hospital for treatment. Deputies say the horse had to be put down.
