An Eau Claire tavern owner could be looking at four years in prison for illegal gambling.
Prosecutors say Terry Luer, who owns Big T’s Saloon on 3rd Street, ran a “shake of the day” dice game. The pot, they say, was 40 thousand-dollars. It’s not clear how long the game was running, or how many people took part. Luer is facing felony charges in Eau Claire County court.
