Sixty-three-year-old Kelvin Keith Emmons from De Pere, Wisconsin, was arrested earlier this month, charged with murder in the 1988 death of Angel Martinez. Martinez’s body was discovered in Arizona on June 20th, 1988, two weeks after his wife had reported him missing. Emmons is now awaiting extradition to San Bernardino County where he will be tried for Martinez’s death.

The fire happened Saturday night in the six-thousand block of Hillside Park Road and it took firefighters around four hours to put out the flames.
