Cinder City Hosts Frosty Event

Altoona’s Frosty Toona Fat Tire bike race was held Saturday.

The event is in its third year at River Prairie Park. Ruben Dayton-Brantmayer won the men’s race, which was very competitive with him finishing less than four seconds ahead of the top four men. Rachael Jenson won the women’s race.
