The latest plan to send state money to American Family Field would put the ballpark on an installment plan. Senate Majority Leader Devin LeMahiu told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel that lawmakers are considering yearly payments for the ballpark, as opposed to a one-time lump-sum.
