Wisconsin’s task force on child obesity is focusing on diet and exercise today. Doctors with the Wisconsin Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and SSM Health are expected to testify before the Speaker’s Task Force on Childhood Obesity in Milwaukee today. The YMCA is also expected to speak about childhood obesity. The task force is looking to see if there are any new tools, laws, or grants that can help with the public health challenges of obesity among Wisconsin’s kids.
