The mother of missing three-year-old boy Elijah Vue is facing upgraded charges after a court appearance this morning. One of his mother, Katrina Baur’s, new charges is related to a six-year-old child — not Vue. Her boyfriend, Jesse Vang, is also facing a felony charge for Vue’s disappearance and will be in court next week. The child was last seen on February 20 in Two Rivers.
