Rebecca Kleefisch is taking the next step toward running for governor. Kleefisch has been touring the state for months and has been talked about as a candidate, but last week, she filed the paperwork to officially run for governor next year. Kleefisch has not formally launched her campaign, though that could be coming soon. There are some other possible Republican candidates, including Bill McCoshen and Kevin Nicholson. They will all fight to see who runs against Governor Evers next fall.
