Nearly three-quarters of all Wisconsin towns rely on trucks to bring them their groceries, gas, and just about everything else, but there is a growing shortage of truck drivers. The city-county health department yesterday said positive cases are down 70-percent from just two weeks ago. Eau Claire County is now averaging 74 positives per-day. That number was above 240 per-day back in January. Despite the drop, the health department continues to suggest that people wear masks and get their coronavirus vaccinations.
