The University of Wisconsin System is preparing a Bachelor degree program for inmates. The funding for the effort came last week from Madison non profit Ascendium. The new program will be handled jointly by UW-Madison, Greenbay, Milwaukee, Oshkosh and Parkside.

Yesterday the DOT said the signage for the new lanes includes digital displays that use computer chips which are a scarce commodity at this time.
