Wisconsin’s most wanted fugitive has been arrested in Oregon.
Officials say 35-year-old Richard Raun was taken into custody Friday in Eugene following a tip to U.S. Marshals. Raun was wanted on child sexual assault allegations and probation violations. Authorities had been searching for Raun after he disappeared while on probation. Racine police and federal marshals described Raun as a repeat offender and featured him on Wisconsin’s Most Wanted during the search.
