The wildfire that’s been burning north of Fort McCoy since Wednesday is almost completely contained.
Department of Natural Resources officials said late Friday that the Arcadia Fire is 99-percent contained after burning more than three-thousand acres. People who’d been ordered to evacuate were allowed to return to their homes and all roads that had been closed were reopened Friday evening.
