A Madison man accused of killing a woman over the summer is headed to trial.
On Thursday a judge ruled there’s probable cause for Gregg Raether to go to trial. He’s accused of killing Patricia McCollough back in July and using her food stamp benefits after her death. McCollough’s body wasn’t found until September. Raether’s charged with reckless homicide.
