It’s homicide charges for one of the two men who were racing across Milwaukee’s north side and smashed into another car.
The D.A. in Milwaukee yesterday filed charges against 30-year-old James Hinton and 37-year-old James Malone. Police say they were racing near 60th and Hampton last Saturday when they smashed into a car that was trying to make a turn. The crash killed two people in the other car. Crash data says the two were going at least 120 miles-per-hour. Malone is facing homicide charges for the crash, and police he was high during the wreck. Hinton is looking at reckless injury charges, and police say his license was suspended before the crash.
