The judge in Larry Lokken’s case says his request to get out of prison early doesn’t look good for him.
Lokken appeared before a judge yesterday in a bid to end his prison sentence early. Eau Claire County prosecutors are trying to keep Lokken locked-up. He’s served five years of his nine-year sentence for stealing over a million-dollars from Eau Claire County taxpayers. He also has not paid much of the money back.
Records show he’s paid just under 19-thousand-dollars of the 700-thousand he’s supposed to repay.
