Cecelia P Bede, 47 years of age, from Black River Falls has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Eau Claire Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 5th offense.
On 08/29/26 at approximately 12:40 am, a Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper located and stopped a vehicle on US Highway 12 at River Rd in Black River Falls that had recently been reported stolen in Jackson County. Upon contact with the driver, the Trooper observed the driver showing signs of impairment. The driver, Cecelia Bede from Black River Falls, was subsequently arrested for
operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant 5th offense.
A warrant for an evidentiary chemical test of her blood was obtained, and she was transported to a local hospital for a legal blood draw before being transported to the Jackson County Jail. Ms. Bede was also charged with operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent, battery/threats to law enforcement, resisting & obstructing an officer.
