An Altoona man is free on bond, but facing charges including child porn possession and invasion of privacy.
Police sat that 33-year-old Adam Price was found to be in possession of child sex abuse materials and that he also recorded people on video without their consent as they used the bathroom in his home. Reports say Price has admitted to the allegations.
