The Universities of Wisconsin are pledging a four-year tuition freeze for the 2027 thru 2029 school years.
The pledge is contingent on the state agreeing to invest 190-million dollars to support the cost of the proposal. The Universities of Wisconsin system includes 13 public universities across the state.
