The City of Altoona invites the community to attend the River Prairie Festival – Celebration of Art on Saturday, May 9, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at River Prairie Park.
Attendees can enjoy a wide variety of attractions, including:

- Yoga in the park
- Rubber ducky race
- Scavenger hunt
- Cardio drumming
- Bird walk
- Face painting
- Live mural painting
- Mother’s Day potting and planting activity
- Giant pumpkin plant seminar and sale
- Cribbage tournament
