A Wisconsin Attorney General is suing multiple online sports betting platforms.
Josh Kaul says he’s going after Kalshi, Robinhood, Coinbase and more, accusing them of facilitating illegal sports betting in Wisconsin. The filing comes after Governor Tony Evers recently signed legislation legalizing online sports betting in Wisconsin, but only operated through the state’s tribes. Kaul is set to address the lawsuit in a news conference Thursday afternoon.
