DNR Warns of Fire Risk

The entire state of Wisconsin is at risk for wildfires again today.

The Department of Natural Resources says that risk is either high, or very high in all 72 counties. They say burn permits are being suspended in 43 counties, as downed trees and limbs from recent storms are only adding to the high wildfire fuel load that comes with spring. The D-N-R says the elevated fire danger will continue until there is significant rainfall.
