Noe Martinez Flores, 47 years of age from Lewisville, TX has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Eau Claire Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 4th offense.
A Wisconsin State Trooper conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that was stopped in the lane of traffic on US 12 at Riverview Road in Jackson County. Upon contact, the Trooper observed the driver showing signs of impairment. A subsequent investigation, including standardized field sobriety tests, showed the driver was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence.
The driver was transported to a local hospital where a legal blood draw was conducted and later turned over to the Jackson County Jail. The driver was charged with OWI- fourth offense, failure to install an ignition interlock device, no insurance, and parking on the left side of the roadway.
