National Endangered Species Day, Plate Reduction

News | May 17, 2024 | 0 | by Morgan McCarthy
National Endangered Species Day, Plate Reduction

Today is National Endangered Species Day and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources is marking the occasion by announcing a discount on new license plates.

DNR says any Wisconsin resident who purchases new endangered resources plates now through the end of the year will get a 25-dollar rebate.  For the last three decades, the sales of endangered resources plates have supported DNR’s work in wildlife and nature conservation.  For more information on the Endangered Resources Fund or on how to get the license plate rebate CLICK HERE.
