Woman Pleads Not Guilty to Running Down Husband

A Forest County woman has pleaded not guilty to drunkenly running her husband down last fall.

Mary Terry was in court yesterday for her arraignment. A judge ordered her held on 50 thousand-dollars cash bail, and ordered her fitted with an ankle bracelet. Prosecutors claim she was drunk when she ran her husband over with his pickup truck back in October. She’s facing first-degree intentional homicide and homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle charges. She’s also facing 25 years to life in prison if convicted.
