The criminal case will stand against the father of the Abundant Life Christian School shooter.
Today, a judge in Madison, Wisconsin denied a motion by 43-year-old Jeffrey Rupnow to dismiss his case. He’s accused of buying the guns his 15-year-old daughter used in the 2024 shooting that killed a teacher and student. She took her own life following the murders. The case is one of several where the parents of school shooters are being charged for allowing their kids access to the weapons.
