Reports of erratic driving lead to an OWI arrest.
Jason V Desecki, 41 years of age, from Hayward has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol DeForest Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 4th offense.
On Saturday afternoon, February 18th, the Wisconsin State Patrol received multiple complaints of a vehicle that was unable to maintain its lane. Troopers located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. Upon making contact with the driver, Troopers observed multiple signs of impairment. After administering Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, the driver was arrested for OWI 4th offense.
