The Chippewa Valley Habitat for Humanity is searching for families in need of safe and affordable housing for new twin homes being built in the city of Menomonie. This will be a twin home with two units, allowing us to help two families build their place to call home.
Habitat offers a hand up, not a handout: Families who partner with Habitat are able to take out an affordable mortgage with no down payment with the help of our program. If your family is in need of affordable housing, or if you know anyone who may benefit from our program, please reach out to us. Applications, which can be found on our website, are due by March 31st, 2023.
