There’s now a lawsuit over Governor Evers’ Parole Commission and who it has released from prison.
The Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty yesterday filed an open records suit against the Parole Commission for not providing records on cases, decisions, and parolees. The lawsuit was filed on behalf of the conservative website Wisconsin Right Now which has published a series of stories about the Parole Commission and the violent criminals who have been released under Governor Evers’ time in office. The Parole Commission is accused of not providing the reports from this year.
