There’s a merger in the works between two of Wisconsin’s largest hospitals.
Bellin Health and Gundersen Health yesterday said they are deep into discussions of a planned merger, and hope to have the details worked-out in the next few weeks. There is no word what the merger may mean for patients, the group’s hospitals, or employees. Bellin and Gundersen have facilities across the state. The two companies say they are waiting on the required regulatory review before finalizing the merger.
