More severe weather in southern Wisconsin is possible today following a round of thunderstorms.
Strong winds and rain rolled into the region yesterday, downing trees in Verona and tearing off the roof of an apartment complex in Dodgeville. There was one gust of wind in Dane County that topped 70 miles per hour, while another got over 100 in Grant County. The National Weather Service issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for tomorrow, noting more thunderstorms could take place this morning.
