The 18-year-old accused of killing a fellow teenager at a mall in Appleton will be sentenced this week.
Dezman Ellis will be sentenced on second-degree intentional homicide and first-degree recklessly endangering safety charges. Ellis is accused of shooting and killing 19-year-old Jovanni Frausto at the Fox River Mall one year ago. Another man was shot but survived. Ellis took a plea deal and will face 40 years in prison.
