Heading into the weekend Triple-A says the cost of a gallon of regular gas across the Badger State is three-dollars-and today. The national average is three-31. Drivers are paying three-13 in St. Croix County, three-oh-four in La Crosse and three-oh-one in Milwaukee with most of the rest of the state under three-dollars a gallon.
