A stolen base is nothing special in a baseball game, unless you’re literally taking the base.
That’s what Milwaukee Brewers infielder Kolten Wong did Wednesday night in a game against his former team, the St. Louis Cardinals. After successfully stealing a base off nine-time Gold Glove winner and former teammate Yadier Molina, Wong took the base, literally, after his team pulled out a victory at Busch Stadium in St. Louis. In a video on social media, Wong showed off the base and said “Yadi, this is mine!”
