Nearly one year after Kenosha’s nights of violence, there is a new political TV ad that questions why Governor Evers didn’t do more.
The ad is from Empower Wisconsin, and it features business owners who say the governor watched as Kenosha burned. The ad is the first of what could be a long race for governor in the state. Governor Evers’ campaign is dismissing the ad as an attack ad. Monday mark one year since Jacob Blake was shot while resisting arrest, and the protests that followed.
