Eau Claire City Council returns to session tomorrow with a number of matters on its plate.
Council is expected to vote on a measure to postpone paid on-street parking in the downtown area until August. Council is also expected to consider a proposal to sell land near Jeffers Park to a developer who says they want to build residential and commercial projects in the area.
