A Neenah man convicted of killing his grandparents is found incompetent for his sentencing.
Alexander Kraus was in Outagamie County Court today where a judge found him not competent to proceed and ordered additional treatment and evaluation. A jury found Kraus responsible for the 2019 killings but also ruled that he suffered from a mental disease at the time of the crime.
