An hours-long standoff in Chippewa Falls ended with two arrests yesterday, but the man police went to capture is still on the loose.
Chippewa Falls Police called out the SWAT team and used gas to force people out of a home where they thought 35-year-old Kane Berg was hiding. He’s wanted on a number of charges including disarming a police officer and having an illegal gun. Officers say Berg was not home. Chippewa Falls Police are continuing to search for him.
