May Was Driest on Record

The month of May was the driest ever for southeast Wisconsin. 

The area received point-36 inches of rain for May, beating the record of point-41 inches that had stood since May 1885.  That followed the wettest April ever recorded for southeast Wisconsin.  Rain is in the forecast for Thursday night this week.
