It’s going to be the next test of the shortage of workers.
Summerfest managers say they need two-thousand temporary workers this year. There is a job fair planned for next weekend. Summerfest is offering free tickets and food vouchers in addition to a paycheck and benefits for all workers. Many businesses across Wisconsin are having trouble finding workers this summer. Many of them say generous unemployment benefits are keeping entry level workers at home.
