Spirits Up as COVID-19 Cases are Down

The graph that tracks coronavirus cases in Wisconsin is almost flat.

The state’s Department of Health Services yesterday said the positivity rate in Wisconsin is at one-point-seven-percent. That’s where it was in early March of last year. Wisconsin’s coronavirus cases peaked back in November. The positivity rate then was 17-and-a-half-percent.
