More Charges For Missouri Man Accused Of Killing Shawano Brothers

The Missouri man accused of killing two brothers from Shawano County is facing new charges.

A federal grand jury yesterday indicted 27-year-old Joey Nelson on mail fraud charges. The federal charges cover the bad cattle deal that brought brothers Nicholas and Justin Diemel to Missouri back in 2019. Garland is facing the death penalty for state charges that allege he killed the brothers, then disposed of their bodies.
