Current UW-Eau Claire students are getting ready to stick future UW-Eau Claire students with part of the bill for the to-be renovated Sonnentag Center.
Students will vote in two weeks on a proposed 90-dollar per-semester maintenance fee for the center. The Sonnentag is years away from being finished, and the fee won’t begin until it is. That means the students who are voting next month will never pay the fee, or use the center that they are being asked to fund.
