Eau Claire is close to the top of the latest list of the most livable cities in America.
SmartAsset this week ranked Eau Claire fifth on its 2021 Most Livable list. Eau Claire gets good marks for the cost of living, the number of bars, restaurants, and things to do, and for its short commutes. Eau Claire was third on SmartAset’s list last year. Oshkosh is ranked second, and Waukesha makes the list at number 31. O’Fallon, Missouri is SmartAsset’s most livable city this year.
