The former chaplain at Notre Dame Middle and McDonell Area Catholic High schools is heading to trial on charges he inappropriately touched a former student.
A judge yesterday found there is enough evidence against 31-year-old Charles Richmond to head to trial. Police say one former student is accusing Richmond of inappropriate contact.
