An arrest in Washburn County adds another OWI to a man’s record.
It was about 2:45 in the morning on Saturday, Jan 30th when the Wisconsin State Patrol responded to a vehicle in the ditch on Fox Rd near County Rd N. A subsequent investigation including standardized field sobriety test was conducted.
60-year-old Timothy S. Ganz was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant 6th offense. A warrant was obtained for an evidentiary blood test. Mr. Ganz was incarcerated in the Washburn County Jail.
