Vision 2025 Looks Ahead to Workforce

A group of faculty members at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire are taking part in launching an initiative to create more jobs in senior living.

Vision 2025 aims to create 25 senior care administration programs and provide one-thousand paid internships in the field across the country by 2025. The health care administration program at UW-Eau Claire is one of a few schools in the United States to offer a dedicated senior care program.

Vision’s Founding Director says as the country’s workforce grows old, the need for employees will grow too.
